Since 1998, the SEMAFX Network has been Southeast Michigan's HUB for Animation, Visual FX and the digital arts.  We are a professional organization who emphasizes sharing, collaborating and mentoring of young people who need resources for learning, networking, and developing their Craft in the Digital Visual Arts.

TechShop is a membership-based workshop that provides members with access to tools and equipment, instruction, and a community of creative and supportive people so they can build the things they have always wanted to make.   Join our group to hear about Events, Meetups and Workshops that happen at TechShop Detroit!   Some are free, some are not. Some require a TechShop membership, most do not! No matter what the event, you will have a fun and unique experience inside the walls of TechShop!
